The general application of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) begins on August 12, 2026.
We would like to inform you that MEGAPORT Ltd is fully prepared to meet the requirements of the Regulation.
All packaging supplied by us after August 12, 2026, will be delivered with the following guaranteed compliance:
1. Legal compliance – we have prepared technical dossiers and Declarations of Conformity.
2. Purity of materials – laboratory analyses proving that PFAS compounds are within permissible limits.
The PPWR will be implemented in stages; starting August 12, 2026, the primary requirements coming into force concern restrictions on substances in packaging, as well as obligations regarding technical documentation and declarations of conformity. We will inform you in a timely manner of any upcoming changes affecting a product you purchase from us.
